For treatment out of hours call 01446 744877 / 735365. You will be transferred to the GP Emergency Centre (Primecare)

Prescriptions
Telephone requests for repeat prescriptions will not be accepted. Please remember that staff answering the telephone are not medically qualified and are instructed not to accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions under any circumstances.

 

Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible. Simply contact the Complaints Officer at the surgery who will investigate and the try to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction.
